Afternoon all bloggers. I weighted in this morning hoping to have lost at least two pounds this week. Mission accomplished. Starting point-182.6, now 180. It’s a small victory, but a great start for my over all health. Breakfast- 1/2 pancake I was craving with syrup, and 1/2 cup of OJ to ease a sugar craving I was having. snack-capo-chino with trivia, lunch-turkey on whole wheat, small tomato. supper-taco salad, dessert-pomegranates and sugar free jello. calories 1,100. Lots of water so far today. I took a multi vitamin, feel very rested today. Went to sleep early and got 8 hours in. Lifted weights tonight.
