Today I worked in the house all day. Today breakfast-cheerios & 1 cup of whole milk, snack-pomegranates and jello 1 cup, lunch-turkey, whole wheat break, giant tomato, snack-pretzels, supper two brock worst no bun-canal-ope and popcorn. Drank lots of water today, and 1 cup of capo-chino with trivia in it.Calories 1,050. One Bowl Movement, over all have felt great today. No medicine or vitamin today. Listened to some videos on staying focused through out my day.
