Today I decided to begin my journey. I weigh every morning soon as I wake.  Pe first…Lol…

Foods today breakfast..one scrambled egg and one cup of milk.  Dinner..baked chicken breast an green beans. Snack…1 cup of Palugrants and sugar free jello. Super..chicken quizito and homemade raspberry cobbler. 1275 calories. Lots of water. No exercise today. No energy today had direha 4 times. You may get a little sick a day or two when detoxing if you have been eatting lots of junk food lately. Happened my first day. Drink loads of water. Dehydration slows the metabolism down. So if u don’t feel up to exercise.. Drink the extra water.
